AAA Quality Maintenance has been in business since 1988 specializing in the provision of building and other facility maintenance services.  We offer the human resource and supervisory oversight needed to respond to all your process labor needs, from ground maintenance functions to the painting of parking lots.  Click here to learn more about our services.

We have served the needs of notable companies such as Parsons Technologies, American Cancer Society, Hunt Construction, O.A. Peterson, Pulte Homes, and Rutgers University.  In addition to these corporations, AAA Quality Maintenance also caters to the government sector serving the needs of various New Jersey State, County, and Municipal agencies and institutions including the Division of Motor Vehicles, South Brunswick Township, Kearney Township, Essex County Prison, and Somerset County.

Our team of dedicated managers, supervisors, and field staff stand ready to service your needs in a cost effective and efficient manner.  We employ over 30 full time technicians, each with an average 8 years of experience and training. Our technicians are supported by a management team with over 60 years of combined experience and training in the facility maintenance industry. We also employ seasonal workers, most of whom return to us year after year. We offer a mobile crew of technicians operating from a modern fleet of trucks equipped with pressure washing equipment, snowplows and customized vans. During the growing season we operate a modern fleet of ride on/walk behind mowers, bob cats, and back hoes. Through our mobile crew we can offer rapid response to flood, fire, and storm emergencies utilizing the latest in equipment and technology.

Management Team

Kevin Chambres - President and CEO

Kevin Chambres has been in the facility maintenance industry for over 30 years.   He began his career as a facility maintenance supervisor at the Raritan Center in 1977.   By 1980, he had progressed through the ranks to become the facility manager responsible for plant operations, custodial/grounds services, and contracted services.   In 1987, Kevin opened his first company with a single contract for floor cleaning services performing the dual role of supervisor and company president. Over the next fifteen years, he continued in the on-going role of business owner and chief operations manager for the company. He has direct oversight of sales, operations, accounting and administration.

Kevin won a state contract, as a subcontractor, for Parsons Infrastructure, where his responsibility was to manage and maintain the Commission’s twenty-nine centralized motor vehicle inspection facilities, located throughout the state of New Jersey. During the past 10 years, he provided various services, which have been instrumental in the successful operation by Parsons of New Jersey Enhanced Motor Vehicle Inspection / Maintenance System. The major services his company provides to Parsons are painting, carpet installation, excavation, snow clearing and salting, janitorial and major office cleanups, which sometimes include high level sanitizing, landscaping and pruning, and miscellaneous site work. To this day, he remains active in all phases of the business, particularly in the quality control program.

Kevin is also a Certified Mold Remediation Contractor and is certified through MICRO, Mold Inspection, Consulting and Remediation Organization.
